President Donald Trump's lawsuit against CBS News has been expanded to include CBS News' parent company Paramount Global as a defendant, as well as Rep. Ronny Jackson. Trump's legal team amended the lawsuit to include excerpts from the unedited transcript of the '60 Minutes' interview with then-Vice President Kamala Harris, arguing that CBS News withheld unflattering exchanges to help the Democratic nominee. The lawsuit alleges that CBS engaged in gross broadcast distortion and cover-up. Trump's attorneys have also filed a FOIA request to obtain all records pertaining to the lawsuit. CBS News and Paramount Global have not yet responded to requests for comment.
