An upcoming Bollywood movie titled 'Diplomat' will bring to life the story of an Indian diplomat in Islamabad who helped rescue an Indian woman from Pakistan. The diplomat, J P Singh, personally escorted the woman back to India, driving through the night with armed guards. The movie is expected to release next month and is based on the accurate account of events over a month-long period. The woman, Uzma Ahmed, had been lured into Pakistan by a man she thought she loved, but who turned out to be a thug.
