Four tenders in Sde Dov, north Tel Aviv, have been successfully marketed with bids of NIS 6.3 billion for almost 4,000 housing units, reflecting prices over 40% lower than in 2022. The tenders include high-density construction, long-term rental units, and assisted living units. The results indicate a significant decrease in winning bids compared to previous tenders, with an average price of land per housing unit of NIS 1.9 million. The estimated revenue for the state from all ten tenders is around NIS 11.5 billion. The tenders are seen as a game-changer for the housing market in Tel Aviv.
