Accor, Europe's largest hotel group, reported annual room revenue growth slightly above market expectations, driven by higher prices and occupancy rates. The company's revenue per available room (RevPAR) rose 5.7% in 2024, beating analysts' average estimate of a 5.2% increase. In the fourth quarter, RevPAR grew 2% in Europe and 5% in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific region. Luxury, Accor's fastest-growing business, saw its RevPAR rise 9% from the previous year. Accor also confirmed its medium-term growth prospects and announced a 2025 share buyback program of 440 million euros.
