Italian steel pipe maker Tenaris warns that the tariff hike on steel and aluminum by U.S. President Donald Trump will create uncertainty for costs and prices in the second half of the year. Despite the warning, JPMorgan does not expect the tariffs to negatively impact Tenaris' financial results. Tenaris also names Carlos Gomez Alzaga as its new chief financial officer, succeeding Alicia Mondolo. The company reported a 17% drop in net sales for the fourth quarter of 2024.
