The Tel Aviv-Yafo Local Planning and Building Committee has approved a plan for the Hahashmal neighborhood in Tel Aviv, which includes a 30-floor tower. The plan aims to rejuvenate the area, which was previously occupied by the Israel Electric Corp. The approved plan includes a mixed-use tower, office building, and public buildings, as well as the preservation of four existing buildings. The complex is estimated to be worth NIS 3 billion.
