The remains of Shiri Bibas, a young mother taken hostage and killed by Hamas, were not returned to Israel despite promises made by the terrorist group. Hamas recently turned over the bodies of four slain Israeli hostages, but Bibas was not among them. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that the bodies of Bibas's two young boys were identified, but an additional body received was anonymous and unidentified. The IDF expressed condolences to the Bibas family and demanded the return of Shiri Bibas's body and all other hostages still being held by Hamas.
