A research team from the IMT School for Advanced Studies in Lucca, Italy, conducted a study on dream recall, finding that personal attitudes, cognitive traits, and sleep dynamics influence the ability to remember dreams. Participants with a positive attitude towards dreams and a tendency to mind-wander were more likely to remember their dreams. Age, sleep structure, and seasonal variations were also found to impact dream recall. The study provides insights into the mechanisms underlying sleep and the role of dreams in mental health and human consciousness.
