A magistrate and Bristol City councillor has been given a formal warning for sharing a video from Hamas about the 2023 attacks on Israel. The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found that the magistrate had failed to exercise due care and diligence and his actions had a detrimental effect on the reputation of the magistracy.
