ALP MEHMET: Abu Wadee could use Human Rights Act to stay in UK

A gun-toting Palestinian with links to a militant terror group has entered the UK illegally and could potentially use the Human Rights Act to stay in the country. The man, known as Abu Wadee, has a social media presence filled with pictures of him posing with weapons and masked men. Despite his hateful posts, there is little likelihood of him being detained or removed from Britain. The government's approach to illegal migration is to manage it rather than stop it, and even criminals and terrorists are untouchable. The chairman of Migration Watch UK calls for all illegal arrivals to be detained and automatically returned if they have a history of criminality or violence.
