The tower, located above the BIG Shopping Centers, has managed to market over 50,000 square meters of office space despite the lower demand and rents in Israel's office market. The prices for the office space in the tower range from NIS 90 to NIS 110 per square meter, lower than peak prices in Tel Aviv but higher than rents in areas outside the city. The tower will offer various amenities including a fitness center, conference room, and rooftop with a sea view.
