Fears are growing that a gun-toting Palestinian migrant who called for 'death to all Jews' will be allowed to stay in the UK due to human rights laws. The man, identified as Abu Wadee, was arrested after crossing from France in an inflatable dinghy. However, the Home Office's guidelines prevent people from being sent back to war-ravaged Gaza, raising concerns that Wadee will be allowed to stay in Britain. Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp expressed concern that Wadee may make spurious human rights claims to remain in the UK. Wadee has been charged with knowingly arriving in the UK without leave and will appear in court tomorrow.
