The Competition Authority has approved Delek Group's takeover of Isracard, a credit card company, at a valuation of NIS 3.65 billion. The approval is the first of two regulatory hurdles that Delek Group needs to overcome. The second regulator, the Supervisor of Banks, may be more difficult to convince.
