Israeli start-up Terra Uma is using vinotherapy, the process of viticulture and winemaking, to help individuals suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Founder Tomer Weinberg, who himself experienced PTSD, discovered that being around wine helped alleviate his anxiety and tension. Terra Uma offers a program where participants produce their own wine, symbolizing their personal journey. The organization also provides therapeutic treatments and emotional support to help individuals cope with PTSD. Weinberg's dream is to open the first vinotherapy winery in the world.
