Israel loses billions annually due to Arab workforce gaps. Discrimination against Arab Israelis comes at a high cost, robbing the Israeli economy of NIS 30 to 40 billion annually. Efforts to improve the economic standing of Arab citizens have been small steps on a long journey. Structural barriers, such as lack of infrastructure and transportation, further hinder access to quality employment. Investing in education and infrastructure is not only an economic necessity but a moral imperative.
