AIG is offering a 'desi Mediterranean' option tailored to Indian preferences, using rice bran oil for cooking and olive oil for seasoning. The study found that the plant-based diet improved the gut microbiome, resulting in significant benefits such as improved gut microbiomes, increased levels of folic acid and vitamins, weight loss, and lowered cholesterol.
