Suspected Somali pirates have hijacked another Yemeni fishing boat off the Horn of Africa, marking the third such attack in recent weeks. The pirates targeted the ship off the town of Eyl in Somalia and remain on board with a crew of eight Somalis. Somali piracy off the coast has seen a resurgence in recent years, with increased attacks attributed in part to the insecurity caused by Yemen's Houthi rebels.
