US-based Western Digital conducted a global research study revealing that 87% of respondents worldwide back up their data, with the primary reasons being the fear of losing important files, freeing up space, and protection against cyber threats. However, 28% of Indian respondents do not back up their personal data, placing trust in their device's reliability.
