Tate Britain is set to return a 17th century painting to the family of a Jewish Belgian art collector. The painting was taken from his home during the German occupation and was deemed to be 'looted as an act of racial persecution' by the Spoliation Advisory Panel. The UK government announced that the heirs of the collector will receive the painting.
