The relief package will be automatically applied to eligible customers during the second quarter of 2025 and will be reassessed every quarter. Bank Hapoalim has also implemented lower overdraft interest rates and a balance-offsetting mechanism to ease the financial burden on customers. The relief plan follows the national framework introduced by the Bank of Israel to help citizens manage their finances during times of conflict and high living costs.
