Diamond brooch, jewelry treasure discovered in Saint-André-d'Allas

Volunteers restoring an ancient stone wall in Saint-André-d'Allas, France, discovered a hidden treasure of antique jewelry. The Périgord Pierre Sèche association, tasked with renovating the stone walls, found about ten pieces of jewelry made of gold and diamonds, natural pearls, and brooches set with precious stones. The association aims to trace the history of the jewels and determine their significance. The exact location of the discovery is being kept secret to prevent treasure hunters, and the fate of the treasure has not yet been decided.
