A Hamas-funded terror cell from Nablus was arrested in a joint operation by the Shin Bet, Israel Police, and the IDF. The cell had been operating under the direction and funding of Hamas's headquarters in Turkey, with the goal of carrying out shooting and bombing attacks. An M16 rifle and tens of thousands of dollars in cash were seized during the investigation.
