A pro-Palestine protest was held outside Leinster House in Dublin, days after 14 people were arrested at a vigil protest. Mothers Against Genocide organized the protest to coincide with Mother's Day and to support a bill that would restrict weapons shipments to Israel. The protesters accused the Taoiseach and Tanaiste of supporting genocide in Gaza. Mothers Against Genocide plans to file a complaint over allegations of strip searches and cavity searches during the arrests. The Arms Embargo Bill will be revived in the Seanad on Wednesday.
