Police have released a composite image of one of the arsonists they believe to be responsible for the death of a young woman in a house fire. Katie Tangey, 27, was killed while house-sitting her brother's home at Dover Street in Truganina, in Melbourne's west, on January 16, and his dog Sunny also perished in the flames.
