The Israeli military has changed its initial account of the killing of 15 emergency workers in Gaza, after video evidence showed that the workers were in marked vehicles and under fire. The military initially said soldiers opened fire on vehicles without lights and markings. The UN and Red Cross have called for an independent inquiry into the incident.
