Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu faced backlash for seemingly forgetting about a second Hungarian hostage held in Gaza during his visit to Hungary. Commenters pointed out that there are two Hungarian nationals held captive by terror groups in Gaza, one of whom was murdered by Hamas terrorists. Netanyahu reassured the hostage's relative that he had mentioned the captive's name numerous times during his visit and requested the Hungarian Prime Minister's involvement in bringing the deceased hostage back for burial in Israel. He also stated that he will continue to work tirelessly to bring back all the hostages and raise awareness of the issue during every diplomatic visit. Hungary withdrew from the International Criminal Court during Netanyahu's visit to avoid complying with an arrest warrant for the Israeli prime minister. Netanyahu is set to meet with US President Donald Trump in Washington on Monday.
