A rabbi in Washington, D.C. has been awarded $182,000 in damages after a federal judge ruled that counterclaims accusing him of harassment were baseless. Rabbi Shmuel Herzfeld filed a lawsuit after two pro-Palestinian activists allegedly blasted high-volume sirens in his direction while he prayed outside the Israeli Embassy. The activists confronted him as part of a daily protest against Israel.
