The irregular nature of their employment and their unregulated contacts with Qatar have raised further concern, although no claims have been made that they caused any security damage to Israel. Israel's relations with Qatar are complicated and ambivalent, as Qatar is known to support the Muslim Brotherhood and various Muslim terrorist organizations, including Hamas. The investigation into Urich and Feldstein is seen by some as an attempt to oust Netanyahu from power without elections. Netanyahu denies any knowledge of their contacts with Qatar.
