Nissan Motor India aims to achieve a four-fold growth in the domestic market in the next two years, targeting double the sales with the introduction of new products. The company plans to launch four more vehicles, including a seven-seater B-segment MUV and 5- and 7-seater C-SUVs. Nissan also plans to expand its network by adding 35-80 touchpoints to the existing count of 282. Despite its ambitions, Nissan faces challenges in the highly competitive Indian market where its market share is less than 1%.
