A dog that was kidnapped during a Hamas terror attack in 2023 has been returned to its owners after being found by an IDF soldier in the Gaza Strip. The dog, named Billie, was discovered wearing an electronic chip that confirmed its identity. Billie belongs to Rachel Dancyg, the ex-wife of a man who was kidnapped and murdered during the same attack.
