Israeli startup Windward is using activity-based intelligence to validate the identities of ocean-going vessels and flag potential threats. By analysing patterns of behaviour and past associations, Windward is able to provide clients with subjective conclusions that help identify potential threats and opportunities. The company also creates unique IDs and risk models based on specific client interests. Windward's ability to clear away the clutter and fraud on the high seas has attracted clients on four continents, including the Israeli Navy.
