Marine fuel sales at Fujairah port in the UAE rebounded in March after hitting a record low in February, with volumes reaching seven-month highs. Sales of high-sulphur marine fuel rose 17.9% and low-sulphur marine fuel sales climbed 14.6% in March. Bunker demand picked up following a slower month in February, although volumes continued to decline annually for the ninth consecutive month. Fujairah remains the top refuelling hub in the Middle East despite competition from neighboring ports.
