The suspect in the arson attack on Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro's home claimed it was in support of Palestine, according to a search warrant. Cody Balmer called 911 following the attack and stated that Shapiro needed to know he would not take part in his plans for the Palestinian people. Balmer has been charged with eight crimes, including attempted murder, aggravated arson, and terrorism. The investigation is ongoing.
