The incident suggests multiple security failures, according to a former FBI agent. The suspect, an unemployed mechanic, told police he felt hatred toward Gov. Josh Shapiro and referenced Palestinians in a 911 call. The state police have pledged to hire an outside expert to review the breach and assess the need for added security.
