A class action lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union seeks to reinstate the legal status of international students affected by the Trump administration's crackdown. Over 1,100 students at more than 170 colleges and universities have had their visas revoked or legal status terminated since March. The lawsuit aims to represent more than 100 students in New England and Puerto Rico. Students have filed other lawsuits arguing they were denied due process, with federal judges granting temporary restraining orders in some cases.
