MK Itamar Ben-Gvir of Otzma Yehudit filed a lawsuit against the Jerusalem police today (Thursday) after he and his supporters were prevented from passing through Damascus Gate of the Old City last month while on their way to the Western Wall with Israeli flags.
The suit alleges Ben-Gvir suffered: “Damage to [his] reputation, violation of freedom of expression and non-monetary damages of mental anguish, sorrow, and grief.”
