The events of Memorial Day for Israel’s Fallen Soldiers will continue today.
At 11:00am a two-minute siren will sound. The main ceremony commemorating the fallen on Mount Herzl will take place after that. It will be attended by President Herzog, Prime Minister Bennett, the Speaker of the Knesset, the Minister of Defense and other senior officials.
At 7:45pm the day’s events will come to a close and Independence Day will arrive with the lighting of the torches on Mount Herzl.
