Police appoint new legal advisor

The senior command staff of the Israel Police today (Monday) approved the appointment of Deputy Commissioner Elazar Kahana as the Legal Adviser of the Israel Police. Kahana (53) lives in Gedera, is married and has 8 children. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law. Kahana has served in the legal advisory system in a wide variety of positions for the past 25 years. The appointment requires the approval of Minister of Internal Security Omer Bar-Lev
