Protest at house of Israeli telecom tycoon.

Hundreds of employees are protesting in Ramat Hasharon in front of the house of David Forer, one of the controlling shareholders in Bezeq.

The workers are holding signs that read, among other things: “Forer, the workers are not for sale,” “Forer, did you come to Fire?”, “The workers are united, the management is afraid,” “One agreement, one union” and “Forer wake up, the workers demand equality.”

David Forer is the Israeli partner of the Searchlight Foundation, which controls Bezeq. The demonstration is being held due to serious concerns that the new controlling shareholders in Bezeq are leading the companies to quick profits at the expense of altering their activities, which could lead to the dismissal of many employees.
