A Palestinian employee of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) aid agency, Muhammad Murtaja, arrested by Israel last month and accused of aiding Hamas, is “innocent until proven guilty,” a Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesman stated on March 21.
